V.E.I.R. stands for Vokell Empire Intelligence Ring. V.E.I.R. is the highly classified intelligence agency under direct control of the High Command. The only information that has been approved for outside eyes is what you are reading, the governement of Vokell will not allow any other information about V.E.I.R. be declassified.
