If you want to join the Dirinal Alliance there are curtain things that you must first agree to.
1. If you are a new race to the Space Empires Universe you can not have over 7 galaxies to start. As you grow older with the alliance more space will be "conquered."
2. You must have a valid Space Empires 4 web site telling about your empire and it's people.
3. You must agree to the Goals of the Alliance.
4. You can not be affiliated with any other Space Empires Universe Ring.
